We have had their food three times now, the first time was not particularly memorable, but we tried again. The hibachi steak and chicken is good and the vegetables are tasty. The steak is surprisingly tender for steak which is medium well to well done (which is my preference). My family likes the fried rice. I personally did not like the spring rolls or gyoza, which are usually some of my favorite items. The texture and taste of the filling was all wrong to me, although my partner loved them both. Go figure.

We stopped here since we were in the area, and I was starving. The food and service did not disappoint. Got the veggie hibachi and noodles, both dishes were amazing and the yum yum sauce paired perfectly well with the vegetables and fried rice. Noodles, veggies, and rice were all perfectly seasoned and the noodles had good texture, not too oily either. I finished everything so quickly right at the gas station where it was located. The owner was also really sweet and kind to us, gave us extra spicy sauce and checked up on us. Everything was so delicious.

Yesterday was my first time ever trying hibachi and OMG... Rodeo Hibachi in Pantego was AMAZING!!!! It came out quick and piping hot, you get good size portions and the meat to veggie to rice ratio was on point. I got the steak and chicken hibachi and an order of crab rangoons (they were so BIG). The food was so flavorful so much so that I could have ate it without even using any sauce (Yum Yum and teriyaki sauce with the hibachi and sweet and sour for the crab rangoons) but TRUST ME, the sauce was a good addition to everything. 😋 A little bit went a long way because of the flavor on everything was top tier alone!!! Last but definitely not least I can NOT end this review without speaking on the cashier. 🥰 He was so nice, friendly and patient with us while we were ordering. He was also very helpful with answering my questions about the menu. If ya'll are looking for some good hibachi PLEASE go checkout RODEO HIBACHI, I promise you will not be disappointed. The food was fresh and really good. It's located inside a gas station but has a drive thru for ordering as well. Not sure if he was the owner but the guy that served me was really nice and helpful with menu and all.
